Shorts::Cut presents Best Local Short Film

SHORTS::CUT presents nine films for the award of ,Best Local Short Film, as part of the News Guide awards, 2008. This new award is sponsored by Wave105. The winners will be announced at The Guide award ceremony at The Kings Theatre on November 10.
